Bhaja Govindam, also known as Moha Mudgara, is a popular Hindu devotional poem in Sanskrit composed by Adi Shankara.

భజ గోవిందం, మోహ ముద్గర అని కూడా పిలుస్తారు, ఇది ఆది శంకరులు స్వరపరిచిన సంస్కృతంలో ప్రసిద్ధ హిందూ భక్తి కావ్యం.

It has nothing to do with religion, if we believe in the God we like, practice his qualities and follow the things mentioned in it, we will definitely get liberation. It is useful for all human beings. Please read and listen completely at least 1 time.

ఇది మతానికి సంబంధము లేదు, మన ఇష్టం వచ్చిన దేవుని నమ్మి, ఆయన గుణాలను అలవర్చుకుని ఆచరిస్తూ, ఇందులో చెప్పబడిని సంగతులను కూడా పాటిస్తే, తప్పక ముక్తి లభిస్తుంది. మానవులందరికీ ఇది ఉపయోగము. దయచేసి ఒక్కసారి అయినా మొత్తము చదివి వినండి.

To lead us away from worldly illusions, into the knowledge of reality, this is the great teaching/ upadesam of Sri Adi Shankaracharya. If this can be understood, remembered and put into practice, no more pains, difficulties and tears will reach us. Salvation is our goal.

ప్రాపంచిక భ్రమల నుంచి, వాస్తవం అంటే జ్ఞానం లోనికి మనల్ని తేవడానికి, శ్రీ ఆది శంకరాచార్య చేసిన మహోత్తర ఉపదేశం. ఇది అర్ధం చేసుకుని, గుర్తు ఉంచుకుని, ఆచరణలో పెట్ట గలిగితే, ఇక ఎటువంటి బాధలు కష్టాలు కన్నీళ్ళు మనల్ని చేరవు. మోక్షము మనకు తధ్యము.

భజగోవిందం భజగోవిందం
గోవిందం భజ మూఢమతే
సంప్రాప్తే సన్నిహితే కాలే
నహి నహి రక్షతి డుకృణ్ కరణే ||1||

Bhaja gōvindaṁ bhaja gōvindaṁ
gōvindaṁ bhaja mūḍhamatē |
samprāptē sannihitē kālē
na hi na hi rakṣati ḍukr̥ñ karaṇē || 1 ||

भज गोविन्दं भज गोविन्दं
गोविन्दं भज मूढमते ।
सम्प्राप्ते सन्निहिते काले
न हि न हि रक्षति डुकृञ् करणे ॥ १ ॥

భావం: భజించు గోవిందుడిని భజించు గోవిందుడిని... ఓ బుద్ధిహీనుడా గోవిందుడినే భజించు. మరణసమయం ఆసన్నమైనప్పుడు ఈ (డుకృణ్ కరణే లాంటి) వ్యాకరణ సూత్రాలు నిన్ను రక్షించవు గాక రక్షించవు.

Worship Lord Govinda, Worship Lord Govinda, Worship Lord Govinda, Oh! unwise! the rules of grammer will not help or save you at the time of your death.

మూఢ జహీహి ధనాగమతృష్ణాం
కురు సద్బుద్ధిం మానస వితృష్ణాం
యల్లభసే నిజకర్మోపాత్తం
విత్తం తేన వినోదయ చిత్తం ||2||

mūḍha jahīhi dhanāgamatr̥ṣṇāṁ
kuru sadbuddhiṁ manasi vitr̥ṣṇām |
yallabhasē nijakarmōpāttaṁ
vittaṁ tēna vinōdaya cittam || 2 ||

मूढ जहीहि धनागमतृष्णां
कुरु सद्बुद्धिं मनसि वितृष्णाम् ।
यल्लभसे निजकर्मोपात्तं
वित्तं तेन विनोदय चित्तम् ॥ २ ॥

భావం: ఓ మూర్ఖుడా! ధనసంపాదన ఆశ విడిచిపెట్టు. మనసులో ఆశలు పెంచుకోకుండా మంచి ఆలోచనలు కలిగి ఉండు. నీ కర్తవ్య కర్మల ద్వారా ఎంత ధనాన్ని సంపాదిస్తావో దానితో సంతోషంగా ఉండు.

Oh unwise! give up your aim of getting more wealth, always keep and concentrate your mind to thoughts to the real. Always be satisfied with what comes through actions that are performed in the past.

నారీస్తనభర నాభీదేశం
దృష్ట్వా మాగామోహావేశం
ఏతన్మామ్సావసాది వికారం
మనసి విచంతయ వారం వారం ||3||

భావం: స్త్రీల నాభీ వక్షోజ సౌందర్యాన్ని చూచి మోహావేశం చెందవద్దు. అవి నిజంగా మాంసం, కొవ్వు మొదలైన అసహ్యకర పదార్థములతో కూడినవని నీ మనస్సులో మళ్ళీ మళ్ళీ విచారణ చేస్తూ ఉండు.

You should not fall in a pit by going wild with passions and fall by seeing a woman's navel and chest. Bodies with flest, fat and blood. You should not forget these words which are very important to remember.

నళినీ దలగత జలమతి తరలం
తద్వాజ్జీవితమతిశయచపలం
విద్ధి వ్యాద్యభిమానగ్రస్తం
లోకం శోకహతం చ సమస్తం ||4||

భావం: తామరాకు మీద నీటిబొట్టు ఎంత చెంచలమైనదో ఈ మానవ జీవితం కూడా అంత అస్థిరమైనది, అల్పమైనది. అంతేకాదు ఈ మానవ జీవితం అంతా రోగాలతోనూ నాది అన్న మమకారంతోనూ కూడుకున్నట్టిదై సమస్త దుఃఖాలకు ఆలవాలమైందని తెలుసుకో.

It is unknown that a Man's life is like rain drops on a lotus leaf which means the whole world will always remain a prey to ego, grief and disease.

యావద్విత్తోపార్జన సక్తః
తావన్నిజ పరివారో రక్తః
పశ్చాజీవతి జర్జర దేహే
వార్తాం కోపి న పృచ్చతి గేహే ||5||

భావం: ఎంతవరకు ధన సంపాదన చెయ్యగలుగుతారో అంతవరకే తనవారంతా ప్రేమగా ఉంటారు. దేహం కాస్త సడలిపోయి, ఏ పని చేయగల శక్తి లేనివారైతే ఇక ఇంటిలో ఎవరూ పట్టించుకోరు. కుశల ప్రశ్నలు కూడా వేయరు.

A Man should be always fit and should be able to support his family and see the affection around him, But no body will care him when his body becomes old after sixty years.

యావత్పవనో నివసతి దేహే
తావత్పృచ్చతి కుశలం గేహే
గతవతి వాయౌ దేహాపాయే
భార్యా బిభ్యతి తస్మిన్కాయే ||6||

భావం: ఎంతవరకైతే ఈ దేహం లో ప్రాణం ఉంటుందో అంతవరకే ఇంట్లోనివారు క్షేమాన్ని అడుగుతారు. శరీరానికి అపాయం కలిగి ప్రాణం పోతే ఆ చూసి భార్య కూడా భయపడుతుంది.

when a person in a family is alive, his family members kindly enquire about his welfare. But when his soul gets seperated from his body (After death) even his wife will run away in fear seeing the corpse.

బాలాస్తావతీ క్రీడాసక్తః
తరుణస్తావత్తరుణీసక్తః |
వృద్ధస్తావాచ్చింతాసక్తః
పరమే బ్రహ్మణి కో పి సక్తః ||7||

భావం: మానవుడు - బాలుడుగా ఉన్నప్పుడు ఆటపాటల మీద ఆసక్తి కలిగి ఉంటాడు, యౌవనం లో స్త్రీల పట్ల ఆసక్తి కలిగి ఉంటాడు, వృద్ధాప్యంలో చింతలతో సతమతం అవుతుంటాడు. కానీ ఆ పరమాత్మ యందు ఆసక్తిని చూపే వారెవరూ లేరు కదా!!!

Everyone's childhood will be lost in playing .Youth will be lost by attachment to a woman. Oldage passes away by thinking about the past things. Atlast,but there is no one who will read the para brahmam.

కా తే కాంతా కస్తే పుత్రః
సంసారో యమతీవ విచిత్రః |
కస్య త్వం కః కుత ఆయాతః
తత్వం చింతయ తదిహ భ్రాతః ||8||

భావం: నీ భార్య ఎవరు? నీ కుమారుడు ఎవరు? ఈ సంసారం చాలా విచిత్రమైనది. నీవు ఎవరు? ఎవరికి చెందినవాడవు? ఎక్కడ నుంచి వచ్చావు? ఓ సోదరా! ఆ తత్వాన్ని ఇక్కడే - ఈ దేహం లో ఉండగానే ఆలోచన చేయి.

Who your wife is? who your son is? It is said that strange is like samsara, who are you? from where you came? when the brother will cover over these truths

సత్సంగత్వే నిస్సంగత్వం
నిస్సంగత్వే నిర్మోహత్వం |
నిర్మోహత్వే నిశ్చలతత్వం
నిశ్చలతత్వే జీవన్ముక్తి: ||9||

భావం: సత్పురుషులతో సాంగత్యం చేయడం వల్ల ఈ ప్రాపంచిక విషయాల మీద సంగభావం తొలగిపోతుంది. దానివల్ల క్రమంగా మనలో ఉన్న భ్రమ లేదా మోహం తొలగిపోతుంది. మోహం పోతే మనసు భగవంతుడి మీద చలించకుండా నిలిచిపోతుంది. అప్పుడు సకల కర్మ బంధనాల నుంచి విముక్తి లభిస్తుంది. జీవించి ఉండగానే ముక్తి లభిస్తుంది. అదే మోక్షం, జీవన్ముక్తి.

from the true knowledge ,which come non-attachment from this non-attachment a freedom come this will had to self setteledness from this sele-settledness there comes jivan mukti (Liberation)

వయసి గతే కః కామవికారః
శుష్కే నీరే కః కాసారః |
క్షీణే విత్తే కః పరివారః
జ్ఞాతే తత్వే కః సంసారః ||10||

భావం: వయస్సు మళ్ళిపోతే కామవికారాలుండవు. నీరంతా ఇంకిపోయిన తర్వాత సరస్సు ఉండదు. డబ్బు పోయిన తర్వాత పరిచారకులు ఉండరు. అలాగే ఆత్మజ్ఞానం తెలిసి అజ్ఞానం తొలగిపోతే ఇక ఈ జనన మరణ రూప సంసారం అనేది ఉండదు.

what is the use of having Lust. When youth time is Over? what is the use of a lake with no water in it? when wealth is gone where are the relatives? where is the continuation of birth and death (Samsara). When will the truth be known?

మా కురు ధన జన యవ్వన గర్వం
హరతి నిమేషాత్కాలః సర్వం |
మాయామయమిదమఖిలం హిత్వా
బ్రహ్మపదం త్వం ప్రవిశ విదిత్వా ||11||

భావం: ధనమున్నదని, అనుచరగణం ఉన్నదని, యౌవనం ఉన్నదని గర్వించకు. ఈ మొత్తం ఒక్క నిముషంలో హరించిపోతుంది. ఈ ప్రపంచమంతా భ్రమతో కూడుకున్నది, మాయాజాలమని తెలుసుకొని ఆ పరమాత్మ స్థానాన్ని గ్రహించి అక్కడకు చేరుకో. ఆత్మానుభూతిని చెందు.

Do not depend every time on friends,wealth and youth beacuse these are destroyed within a minute,you should free yourself from the imagination of the world from maya and attain timeless truth.

దినయామిన్యౌ సాయం ప్రాతః
శిశిరవసంతవ్ పునరాయాతః |
కాలః క్రీడతి గచ్ఛత్యాయుః
తదపి న ముంచత్యాశావాయుః ||12||

భావం: రాత్రింబవళ్ళు, ఉదయం సాయంత్రాలు, శిశిర వసంతాలు మళ్ళీ మళ్ళీ వస్తుంటాయి; పోతుంటాయి. కాలచక్రం అలా ఆడుకుంటూ వెళ్ళిపోతుంది. ఆయుష్కాలం కూడా అలాగే వెళ్లిపోతుంటుంది. అయినప్పటికీ మానవుడు ఆశ అనే గాలిని మాత్రం వదలడు గాక వదలడు.

Daylight and Darkniht rising and dawn,spring time,winter time come and go.Time will not wait for us and goes on for a life,But the strom of desire will never leaves.

కాతే కాంతా ధనగతచింతా
వాతుల కిం తవ నాస్తి నియంతా |
త్రిజగతి సజ్జనసంగాతిరేకా
భవతి భవార్ణవతరణే ||13||

భావం: ఓరి వెఱ్ఱివాడా! ఎందుకు నీ భార్య గురించి, ధన సంబంధ విషయాల గురించి ఆలోచిస్తావు? అన్నిటిని, అందరిని నియమించే సర్వజ్ఞుడైన ప్రభువు లేడనుకున్నావా? ఈ ముల్లోకాలలో చావు పుట్టుకలనే భవసాగరాన్ని దాటడానికి సజ్జన సాంగత్యమే సరైన నౌక.

Oh Mad man! the final version of these thoughts of wealth ,Is there noone to tell you or guide you right path? There is only one thing in these three worlds that can save you. From the Ocean of strugles (Life and death) get in to the boat of satsangha quickly.

ద్వాదశమంజరికాభిరశేషః
కథితో వైయాకరణస్యైషః .
ఉపదేశో భూద్విద్యానిపుణైః
శ్రీమచ్ఛన్కరభగవచ్ఛరణైః ॥13.అ॥

భావం: ఈ పన్నెండు (2-13) శ్లోకాలు శ్రీ శంకర భగవత్పాదులవారు ఒక వ్యాకరణకర్తకి ఉపదేశంగా ప్రసాదించారు.

This bundle of twelve verses was taught to a grammarian by the all-known shankara,who is adoves as Bhagavadpada.

జటిలో ముండీ లుంఛితకేశః
కాషాయాంబరబహుకృతవేషః |
పశ్యన్నపి చన పశ్యతి మూఢః
హ్యుదరనిమిత్తం బహుకృతవేషః ||14||

భావం: జడలు కట్టుకొని, గుండు గీయించుకొని, జుట్టు పీకివేసుకొని, కాషాయ వస్త్రాలు ధరించి వేషాలు వేస్తుంటారు. ఈ వేషాలన్నీ పొట్టకూటికోసమే గాని, వీరు కళ్ళతో చూస్తూ కూడా సత్యాన్ని దర్శించలేని మూర్ఖులు.

అంగం గలితం పలితం ముండం
దశనవిహీనం జాతం తుండం |
వృద్ధో యాతి గృహీత్వా దండం
తదపి న ముంచత్యాశాపిండం ||15||

భావం: శరీరం కృశించిపోయింది, తల నెరసిపోయింది, నోటిలో పళ్ళు ఊడిపోయినవి. ముసలితనం పైబడి కఱ్ఱ చేతికొచ్చింది. ఐనా సరే ఆశల - కోరికల మూట మాత్రం వదిలిపెట్టడు.

Strength has left the old man's body; his head has become bald,his gums toothless and leaning on crutches.Even then the attachment is strong and he clings firmly to fruitless hope.

అగ్రే వహ్నిః పృష్ఠేభానుః
రాత్రౌ చుబుకసమర్పితజానుః |
కరతలభిక్షస్తరుతలవాసః
తదపి న ముంచత్యాశాపాసః ||16||

భావం: ఎదురుగా చలిమంట పెట్టుకొని, వీపుపై సూర్యుని కిరణాలు పడేలా కూర్చొని, రాత్రిళ్ళు మోకాళ్ళకి గడ్డాన్ని ఆనించుకుని కూర్చుంటాడు; తిండి తినడానికి రెండు చేతులూ దొప్పలుగా చేసుకొని అందులో తింటాడు. చెట్టు నీడన ఉంటాడు. ఐనా ఆశలు మాత్రం వదలడు.

See there a man sits warming up his body with the fire in front of him and the shining sun at the back ; At night he holds up his body close so as to keep out of the cold;He eats the food that he begged in his bowl and takes a sleep under the tree still in the man's heart he is unhappy at the hands of passions.

కురుతే గంగాసాగారగమనం
వ్రత పరిపాలన మథవా దానం |
జ్ఞానవిహీనః సర్వమతేన
ముక్తిం న భజతి జన్మశతేన ||17||

భావం: తీర్థయాత్రలు చేయవచ్చు; పూజలు, నోములు, వ్రతాలు చేయవచ్చు; దానధర్మాలు చేయవచ్చు. కాని ఆత్మజ్ఞానము పొందనివాడు నూఱు జన్మలెత్తినా సరే ముక్తిని పొందలేడని సర్వమతముల విశ్వాసం.

A person may go to the ganga and observe fasts and give away all his money to charity!yet,for free of jnana,but nothing can give mukthi(liberation)even at the end of hundred births.

సుర మందిర తరు మూల నివాసః
శయ్యా భూతలమజినం వాసః |
సర్వ పరిగ్రహ భోగ త్యాగః
కస్య సుఖం న కరోతి విరాగః ||18||

భావం: దేవాలయాల్లోనూ, చెట్ల మొదళ్ళలోనూ నివసిస్తూ; కటిక నేల మీద నిద్రిస్తూ; చర్మాన్ని వస్త్రంగా ధరిస్తూ; దేనినీ గ్రహించకుండా - ఏమీ కావాలని కోరుకోకుండా అన్ని భోగాలను విడిచిపెట్టిన ఏ విరాగికి సుఖం లభించదు? తప్పక లభిస్తుంది.

Take your shelter in a temple or under a tree,wearing a deer skin for the dress and sleep (or) take rest on mother earth as your bed.Then give up all your attachments and claim all your comforts.Blessed with such dispassion will any fail to be content?

యోగరతో వా భోగరతో వా
సంగరతో వా సంగవిహీనః |
యస్య బ్రహ్మణి రమతే చిత్తం
నందతి నందతి నందత్యేవ ||19||

భావం: ఒకడు యోగిగా జీవించవచ్చు, భోగిగా జీవించవచ్చు; ఈ ప్రపంచంలో అందరితో కలిసి మెలిసి జీవించవచ్చు లేదా ఒంటరిగా అందరికీ దూరంగా జీవించవచ్చు. కాని ఎవరైతే తమ మనసును బ్రహ్మతత్వమునందే నిలిపి తమను తాము బ్రహ్మగా భావిస్తూ ఉంటారో అట్టివారే ఆనందిస్తారు. ముమ్మాటికీ అట్టివారికే ఆనందం.

One may take delight in yoga ,may have attachment or detachment , but only he whose mind will continuously delightness in brahman will enjoys perfect happiness and no one else.

భగవద్గీతా కించిదధీత
గంగా జలలవ కణికాపీతా |
సకృదపి యేన మురారి సమర్చా
క్రియతే తస్య యమేవ న చర్చ ||20||

భావం: ఎవరైతే భగవద్గీతని కొంచమైనా అధ్యయనం చేస్తారో, గంగా జలాన్ని కొద్దిగా ఐనా తాగుతారో, కొంచమైనా శ్రీకృష్ణుని పూజిస్తారో అట్టివారికి యమునితో వివాదం ఉండదు.

Let a man read a little phrace from Bhavad-Gita,drinking a drop of water from the Ganga,worship Murari(Lord Sri Krishna) just once.He will then have no problem or altercation with yama (the lord of death).

పునరపి జననం పునరపి మరణం
పునరపి జననీ జఠరే శయనం |
ఇహ సంసార బహు దుస్తారే
కృపయా పారే పాహి మురారే ||21||

భావం: మళ్ళీ మళ్ళీ పుట్టడం, మళ్ళీ మళ్ళీ చావడం; మళ్ళీ మళ్ళీ తల్లి గర్భంలో ప్రవేశించి అక్కడ ఉండడం - ఈ అంతులేని సంసార జనన మరణ చక్రబంధం నుండి తప్పించుకోవడం కష్టమైన పని. కనుక ఓ కృష్ణా! దయచేసి మమ్ములను రక్షించు.

A Person Born again,death again and birth again to stay in the mother's womb!,But it is very hard to cross this boundless ocean of samsara.Oh Murari! please vanish all my faults through your Mercy.

రథ్యా చర్పట విరచిత కంథః
పుణ్యాపుణ్య వివర్జిత పంథః |
యోగి యోగనియోజిత చిత్తో
రమతే బాలోన్మత్తవదేవ ||22||

భావం: దారిలో దొరికే గుడ్డ పీలికలతో తయారైన గోచిని ధరించిన వాడై; ఇది పుణ్యమని, అది పాపమని ఏ మాత్రం ఆలోచించక, నిరంతరం మనసుని యోగమునందే నిలిపిన యోగిపుంగవుడు ఈ లోకంలో బాలునిలాగ, పిచ్చివానిగా ప్రవర్తిస్తూ ఉంటాడు.

There is no shortage of cloths for a monk,so long there are a piece of cloths to wear as he was frees from vice and virtue onwars he wanders one who lives in mediating with god will enjoy perfect happiness and blessings from the god with pure soul in him.

కస్త్వం కోహం కుత ఆయాతః
కా మే జనని కో మే తాతః |
ఇతి పరభావయ సర్వమసారం
విశ్వం త్యక్త్వా స్వప్న విచారం ||23||

భావం: నీవెవరు? నేనెవరు? ఎక్కడ నుండి వచ్చాను? నా తల్లి ఎవరు? నా తండ్రి ఎవరు? ఇదీ నువ్వు విచారణ చెయ్యవలసినది. ఈ ప్రపంచం సారహీనమైనది; కేవలం కలలో కనిపించు దృశ్యం లాంటిదే అని దీనిని విడిచిపెట్టు.

Who you are?who am I?who is my mother,who is my father?Think before making a decision look at everything as its character and give up the world as an avoiding thought (or) dream.

త్వయి మయి చాన్యత్రైకో విష్ణు:
వ్యర్థం కుప్యసి మయ్యసహిష్ణు: |
భవ సమచిత్తః సర్వత్ర త్వం
వాంఛస్యచిరాద్యది విష్ణుత్వం ||24||

భావం: నీలోను, నాలోను, ఇతరులలోను ఉన్నది ఏకమైన సర్వవ్యాపక చైతన్యమే. సహనం లేనివాడివి కనుక నాపై కోపగించుకుంటున్నావు. నీవు బ్రహ్మత్వం (మోక్షం) ను పొందగోరితివా! అంతటా - అన్నివేళలా సమబుద్ధిని కలిగి ఉండు.

In me and you and in everything there exists Lord Vishnu,Your angryness and impatience does not have any meaning.If you wish to attain the quality of Lord Vishnu soon,then you should have same Bhaava always.

శత్రౌ మిత్రే పుత్రే బంధవ్
మా కురు యత్నం విగ్రహ సంధవ్ |
సర్వ స్మిన్నపి పశ్యాత్మానం
సర్వ త్రోత్సృజ భేదాజ్ఞానం ||25||

భావం: శత్రువు గాని, మిత్రుడు గాని, పుత్రుడు గాని, బంధువు గాని - వీరిపట్ల శత్రుత్వమో, స్నేహమో చేసే యత్నం మానుకో. అందరిలోను ఆత్మను చూస్తూ, భేదభావాన్ని అన్ని సందర్భాలలోనూ విడిచిపెట్టు.

You should not waste your efforts to win the Love for to fight against friend and foe,relatives children etc.You should always see yourself in everyone's heartand give up all your thoughts and feelings of two characters completely.

కామం క్రోధం లోభం మోహం
త్యక్త్వా త్మానం భావయ కోహం |
ఆత్మజ్ఞాన విహీనా మూడాః
తే పచ్యంతే నరకనిగూడః ||26||

భావం: కోరిక, కోపం, లోభం, భ్రాంతి - వీటన్నిటిని విడిచిపెట్టిన సాధకుడు "ఆ పరమాత్మను నేనే " అనే సత్యాన్ని దర్శిస్తాడు. ఆత్మజ్ఞానం లేనివారు మూఢులు. అట్టివారు ఈ సంసార జనన మరణ చక్రం అనే నరకంలో బంధింపబడి హింసించబడతారు.

You should giveup your lust,anger,infatuation and greedyness,you should always think carefully over your real nature.There are fools who doesn't know about themself,such fools will suffer there end in the hell.

గేయం గీతా నామ సహస్రం
ధ్యేయం శ్రీపతి రూపమజస్రం |
నేయం సజ్జన సంగే చిత్తం
దేయం దీనజనాయ చ విత్తం ||27||

భావం: భగవద్గీత, విష్ణు సహస్రనామాలను గానం చెయ్యాలి. ఎల్లప్పుడూ శ్రీ మహావిష్ణువు యొక్క రూపాన్ని ధ్యానించాలి. సజ్జన సాంగత్యంలో మనసుని నడపాలి. దీనులైన వారికి ధనాన్ని దానం చెయ్యాలి.

You should regularly read quotes from Bhagavad-Gita ,Meditate on Lord Vishnu in your heart and chant his thousand glories.Then take note to be holy and noble Person.Distribute your wealth to the poor and the charity of orphan children and the needy.

సుఖతః క్రియతే రామాభోగః
పశ్చాద్ధంత శరీరే రోగః |
యద్యపి లోకే మరణం శరణం
తదపి న ముంచతి పాపాచరణం ||28||

భావం: సుఖాన్ని పొందాలని స్త్రీ పురుషులు రతి కార్యంలో నిమగ్నమవుతారు. దాని కారణంగా శరీరం రోగాలపాలవుతుంది. చివరికి మరణం అనేది ఎవరికి తప్పదు. ఐనా సరే మానవుడు పాప కార్యములను వదలనే వదలడు.

He who produces to hest for pleasure leaves his body a prey to disease although death is the only end to everything.Man does not give up the sinful path.

అర్థమనర్థం భావయ నిత్యం
నాస్తితతః సుఖలేశః సత్యం |
పుత్రాదపి ధన భాజాం భీతి:
సర్వత్రైషా విహితా రీతి: ||29||

భావం: డబ్బు దుఃఖాన్ని ఇస్తుందని ఎల్లప్పుడూ గుర్తుపెట్టుకో. దాని వల్ల కొంచం సుఖం కూడా లేదు అనే మాట సత్యం. ధనవంతునికి తన కుమారిని వల్ల కూడా భయమే. అన్ని చోట్ల డబ్బు యొక్క పద్ధతి ఇంతే.

Wealth is not happiness or health. Truely there is no joy in it .It will reflect on ourselfs.A rich person will also fear for his own son,This is the effect of wealth every where.

ప్రాణాయామం ప్రత్యాహారం
నిత్యానిత్య వివేకవిచారం |
జాప్యసమేత సమాధివిధానం
కుర్వవధానం మహదవధానం ||30||

భావం: క్రమపద్ధతిలో శ్వాసను నియమించడం; విషయాల నుండి మనసుని వెనక్కి మళ్లించడం; నిత్య వస్తువేదో, అనిత్య వస్తువేదో నిరంతరం బుద్ధితో విచారించడం; జపంతో కూడుకున్న ధ్యాననిష్ఠను సాగించి సర్వ సంకల్పాలను విడిచిపెట్టడం అనే సాధనలను ఎంతో జాగ్రత్తగా అనుష్ఠించు.

Regulate the pranas(Life airs within) which remain unaffected by external forces and discriminate between the real and theduplicate.Chant the holy name of god and keep your mind in silence and perform them with care and with extreme care.

గురుచరణా౦బుజ నిర్భర భక్తః
సంసారాదచిరార్భవ ముక్తః |
సేంద్రియమానస నియమాదేవం
ద్రక్ష్యసి నిజ హృదయస్థం దేవం ||31||

భావం: గురుచరణ కమలములనే సర్వస్వంగా భావించిన ఓ భక్తుడా! నీ ఇంద్రియాలను, మనసుని నిగ్రహించడం ద్వారా మాత్రమే ఈ చావు పుట్టుకులతో కూడిన సంసార సాగరం నుండి ముక్తుడవై, నీ హృదయంలోనే ఉన్న పరమాత్మ సాక్షాత్కారం పొందెదవు గాక!

Oh! Devotee of the lotus feet of the guru!You may soon be free from samsara.Through your disciplined character and controlled mind,then shall come and experience the indwelling Lord of your Heart.

మూఢః కశ్చన వైయాకరణో
డుకృ న్కరణాధ్యయన ధురిణః .
శ్రీమచ్ఛమ్కర భగవచ్ఛిష్యై
బోధిత ఆసిచ్ఛోధితకరణః ॥32॥

భావం: వ్యాకరణ నియమాలతో తనను తాను కోల్పోయి మూఢుడైన వ్యాకరణకర్త, శంకర భగవత్పాదులవారి బోధనలతో కడిగివేయబడ్డాడు.

Thus ,finally the silly grammarian lost in races and cleansed of his narrow vision or thoughts and shown the way by shankara's appeal.

భజగోవిందం భజగోవిందం
గోవిందం భజ మూఢమతే
నామస్మరణాదన్యముపాయం
నహి పశ్యామో భవతరణే ॥33॥

భావం: భజించు గోవిందుని! భజించు గోవిందుని! ఓ మూఢుడా గోవిందుడినే భజించు. సంసార సాగరాన్ని దాటడానికి గోవింద నామస్మరణకి మించినది లేదు.

Worship Govinda! Worship Govinda! Worship Govinda ! Oh Lord ! chanting the lord's name,is the only way to cross the Life's Ocean.
