భగవద్గీత లోని దేవుని పలుకులు మధుమేహం(షుగర్) ను జయించగలవు, ఎలాగ అంటే, మానసిక ఉత్తేజం తో అని పరిశోధన చెపుతుంది. గీత మన జీవిత విధానం, మారడానికి స్పూర్తిని ఇస్తుంది. ఎటువంటి నిరాశకు గురి కాకుండా, తగిన వ్యాయామము ఆహార నియమాలతో సుఖ సంతోషముతో జీవించ గలిగితే, అంత ఇబ్బంది ఉండదు.

అందుకే సత్సంగం , సజ్జనుల సహవాసం, గీతా జ్ఞానం, చేతలలో మంచి, మొదలగునవి అత్యవసరం. దానితో మానసిక ధైర్యం వస్తుంది. ఈ మానసిక బలముతో, ఎన్నో రోగాలను రాకుండా, లేదా వచ్చినాక తగ్గించుకోవచ్చు.

అమ్మ విషయంలో అది నిజం గా జరిగింది. నేను చెప్పినవి తూచ తప్పకుండా పాటిస్తుంది, ఇంటి లోని ఆకు/రసము మందు అయినా లేదా దేవుని వాక్యము అయినా.

ప్రతి వారం, నేను పంపే మాటలు కూడా గీతా సారమే, గీత లోని భావాలు అర్ధము అయ్యే కధలు అవి. రోజూ ఇంట్లో , వారానికి గుడిలో దీపం పెట్టు నిశ్చలమైన మనసు తో, దేవుడు దే భారం అనుకో, 5 ఏళ్ళు నిండవస్తుంది. ఏరోజైతే ఇంక నేను చేయలేను అంటుందో అనుకుంటుందో, అదే మనకు గుర్తు చివర రోజులు అని, అదే దేవుని సంజ్ఞ. అప్పటిదాకా, ఆ మానసిక ఉత్సహమే అమ్మ ఆరోగ్యము ను నిలబెడుతుంది.

The Krishna teachings of Bhagavad Gita can change the fate of diabetes. How? If we have mental(soul) courage by reading Gita text and having no tension. By reading Gita, it will help to change our way of life. We should not get depression or lost hope, we should live happily with enough diet and exercise.

This is true for Mom. She is following, whatever I told her about home made medicine(like leaf/juice) or divine words or stories.

Every week, I am sending the teachings of Gita only. With clean stable mind keep the lamp daily at home and weekly at temple, leave tension to God, now end of the 5th year. Whenever she will tell that, I can't do anymore, that is the indication from God about last days.
